Workforce Stipends Program                                                         
The workforce stipends program was established in 2003 by a philanthropist at the Sunshine Lady Foundation.  These stipends are awarded to trainees who complete the Workforce Achievement Program.  Each trainee selected to receive these funds are nominated by their local program designee and selected by the Rural Crossroads Institute.

The Workforce Stipend Awards are given 1-2 times a year to participants/trainees who have successfully completed a Workforce Achievement Program (eg., gaining a set of new computer software programs, GED Diploma , H.S. Diploma, Small Business Development course; in order, to own a company, etc…)
