Dawn Jennings - has been with the Rural Crossroads Institute since 2005.  She has nearly 15 years of administrative/accounting and programmatic experience in state government in South Carolina.  She is the Program Coordinator at the Rural Crossroads Institute.

Edgar Medina - has been with the Rural Crossroads Institute since 2007 and is the Program Coordinator for the Hispanic Workforce Training Initiative in Saluda County. He has extensive background in workforce development, training and ESL/GED programs. He has worked for various organizations in the employment training and University fields.
