Rural Crossroads Institute Strategic
Planning Program Community Development Managers at
the SC Department of Commerce and RCI Staff are partnering to assist rural
communities in their strategic planning process that deals with economic and
community development initiatives. In South Carolina 21 rural counties
have strategic plans that were facilitated by the aforementioned partners
over the past 7 years. These rural areas have an economic and community
blueprint for the FUTURE. |
