Workforce Achievement Program                                                      
The Workforce Achievement Program (WAP) is a program that evolved from the M.O.R.E. demonstration project in Allendale, South Carolina.  This program is designed to assist communities that are rural by helping them to design creative and customized economic and community development strategies that will address their workforce skills.  RCI will assist in the process of helping communities to build-up their internal collaborative systems, project management/planning, resource allocation networks and partnering to secure financial resources; in order, for the community to be more economically competitive.
